We currently accept returns only for:
Damaged items
Defective products
Incorrect items received
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size selection
Accidental orders
Minor color variations due to screen settings
Return Request Window
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
Requests submitted beyond 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or a defective product.
Replacements
If your item arrives:
damaged,
defective,
or incorrect,
we may offer:
a replacement item,
store credit,
or a refund depending on the situation and inventory availability.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered, but you cannot locate it:
Please check with neighbors or household members.
Contact the shipping carrier directly.
Reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.
True Heart Records is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.
After production begins, orders cannot be canceled because many products are custom-created.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer standard exchanges.
If there is a sizing issue, customers may place a new order for the preferred size.
